For forearm testing:

Rub the testing area

vigorously until it feels

warm to increase

blood ﬂ ow.

endcap ﬁ rmly against

the puncture site and

then press the blue

release button. Keep

the device in constant

contact with the skin and pump (apply and release

pressure) up and down 2–3 times without

lifting the device away from the skin.
